When I made that last post about an hour ago, I never imagined that I would arrive home to find the part sitting on my doorstep. Unbelievable service. It nearly matches the perfect craftsmanship in the part itself.

The Postal Service tried like heck to break the thing, as you can see by the damage to the box. But the packaging was as good as the product and service, so the part is unscathed.

Now I just have to find some time to install it. I'll wait to give my full endorsement until then, but I can certainly say that if anyone is on the fence at this point, do not hesitate.

Finally got round to altering the angle of my brake lever to match the angle of my clutch lever. Went out for a ride and suffered brake binding. So bad that as the discs got hotter the bike slowed right down. Returned to normal position and all was well.

For those who wonder:

The Vortex GPS holder fits on the R1250RS without any problems and so do the aftermarket screens.

Great! One less issue in setting up the 1250!!!

nice bit of footage , just to clarify will the screen move up/down as usual?, i have bar risers on mine also , is there any issues with this? looks a nice well made bit of kit thanks

I can't comment on bar risers but with the Nav Mount fitment the screen is adjustable into the upper / lower positions as before and can be mounted on either the lower or higher set of mounting screws
