After my low speed spill the other week I've been keeping an eye on what I thought was a slight 'stutter'' on opening the throttle from idle. |

My older version of the GS-911 (yellow) definitely did do throttle body syncing. As I understand, that procedure was only for older cable operated butterfly throttles such as on the air cooled boxers. The fly by wire LC boxers with servo driven butterflies would be self adjusting as far as sync goes I would imagine. The old yellow GS-911 does not work on the LC boxers, and I don't have experience with the newer red wi-fi GS-911.

Check the air hoses are on tight, 1 behind the left hand cylinder throttle body and 2 behind the right hand throttle body. |

The bikes had premium fuel for 99% of it's life. I'll check those hoses, thanks. |

I then resume with my normal mid-grade 89 AKI which I put in both bikes as a matter of course. Rarely I will put through a tankful of Premium 93 AKI. My bike doesn't seem to care what it drinks, unless it has moisture in it. Bike has 58+k miles on it. Sanemancured - after this tank is done I would run some fuel system cleaner through it and fill up with Premium gas from a different station. Regards, |

For instance, unless travelling and I get caught out needing gas in some small town, I get my gas only from major brand-name stations (Exxon / Esso / Mobil, or Shell) as opposed to buying from other branded gas stations even if they say they get their gas from the same supplier supplying these major brand-name stations. And within that set of major brand-name stations I choose the busier ones. Less tendency of water in the gas that way, in my experience.

In my area, gasoline is primarily sold by large convenience store chains (Sheetz, Rutters & WaWa, to the east) and truck stops near the interstates (Pilot, Jet, Valero). Most all of Pennsylvania is an E10 area.
