Flew into Dublin from Montreal yesterday. A little unprepared to get my bike through customs but with a little help from a very nice lady in the Irish customs department I was able to get it done. Here she-the RS not the lady from customs |

I probably had the bike about 2 hours after landing. If I'd have known what I was doing it probably would have been about an hour. I left the bike at the car park at Dublin Airport while I spent a few nights in Dublin. Tomorrow morning I'll go back out to the airport, pick up the bike and have my first day riding. Left, left, left, left!!!  . I work my way up the west coast of Ireland and across to Belfast where I catch the ferry to the IOM on June 2nd.As for welcoming me to Europe. Thank you. It's a lovely continent you have and I'm happy to be back😃. |

I found that the Guinness tastes best in Dublin. My wife and I really enjoyed Dublin and found breakfast at the Killkenny cafe to be quite good. |

Weather at the IOM took a turn for the better with tomorrow, Tuesday, looking to be the only rainy one. Unfortunately there was a fatality in today's first race. Seems like there's one every year. Very sad. |

Actually from what I saw, what he did for $200 CDN was start the bike and make sure the fuel light came on and stayed on😁. Beyond that Air Canada put the entire bike, including the luggage, through a scanner and also dabbed it in a few places with a cloth, I believe to test for explosives residue. I thought maybe they'd detach the battery cables and cap the terminals, but nope. |

Ran into two more guys on RS's today. Spoke to them for a bit but didn't ask them if they're on this board, sounded like they were from the north of England or possibly Scotland. If by chance they are, thanks for the recommendation guys, Peel was a great town to spend a day in. |
