It's an ESA bike so there is no manual preload adjustment I'm aware of, only the electronic option, 1 helmet, 2 helmets etc. I'm pushing 220lbs with my leathers/gear. I did consider trying the 2 helmet setting, but It's so compliant right now, near perfect for the roads here.

If you run preload @ 2 helmets with Road damping, I think you'll find similar, if not better, compliance and better cornering clearance

Ok, I'll give it a go. Maybe it's squatting a bit too much under the weight of my jumbo petite body.

Different springs, but otherwise a good fit for the stock bracket and pin.
I checked my receipts - bought pegs, springs and extra circlips.

If interested, you might find some pegs on ebay for about $20. Make sure you get the springs - though these can still be ordered new.

One side, the end of the spring fits the hole. The other side, the hole doesn't line up, so I hooked the spring of the lip of the bracket on the stock foot rest plate.

Will post some detailed photos when I get a chance - previously posted, but perhaps in the old forum that shut down a while back.

I had to adjust the gear shift lever upwards on my 2021 R1250RS to accommodate the taller toebox on my Daytona MX boots. It was hard to get my left boot under the lever when shifting up. It turns out to be easy enough with 8 and 10mm open jaw wrenches/spanners but I had to raise it all the way. I'm curious if anyone else has had to do this. I had no problem changing gear with the BMW boots that eventually wore out.

I bought a pair of Tcx boots last year and I had to adjust my gear lever up a few mm's

and then there is this option from SW Motech that seems to allow more adjustment than the stock setup.
