Just waiting for a response from local 'Auto Key Expert' then it is next stop online - yes I did try in a vice, that's where some of the bend went :).

Either way I think we can bring this exercise to a close, thanks all for your input.

Key blanks are available at many online stores but in order to cut and program them, visiting a mobile locksmith store is always the cheaper option.

Torque settings for tightening � � may want to change the bars to R bars on the RS
