To clarify the relationship with an American tire company - Avon makes motorcycle tires for Cooper (a Findlay, Ohio company - along with Marathon Oil) “A good man always knows his limitations.” |

With all this "promotion" by the English fans on the forum, I'm considering these tires as an option when my current set of PR5s expires in 5000-miles. Otherwise, it's the Dunlops. Outboard of the center strip, the PR5 fronts wear rapidly (I'm guessing too soft and widely spaced tread). The PR5 rears are great in my experience.
