accessories » Can you identify the maker of this bar riser?

This bar riser/back came on my new to me R12RS. I find no identifying brand marks and am curious who makes these. Thanks for any help!

Thank you. I was wondering if was a custom. Its quite well constructed with a milled and tapped top plate, tubular shaft and knurled and dished ends at the triple clamp. New to this bike, I wont be able to contrast this custom riser setup versus stock RS or other aftermarket options. The more upright position is quite comfortable except for some helmet buffeting due to the relatively low windscreen. I resolved that already by adding a bugsplat deflector.

Given how far it moves the bars, I'm wondering what the implications to handling and the clutch/brake lines are. It seems too much to be honest.

The riser is getting a full clamp bite on both sides. It also appears the clutch line may have been replaced. I do not know what the OEM line should look like, hopefully your trained eyes can verify this.

New to uploading photos, apologize if this is a repeat.

Yes, that looks like a new clutch line. The stock one looks exactly like the brake line in terms of the hose type (braided stainless with clear plastic sheathing) except it has the inline fitting instead of the banjo bolt. So if you do decide to go back to stock, you might need to change the clutch line back.

It'd be interesting to get the backstory from the original owner.
