So I placed an order for white RS with all the goodies back in May and have since slowly lowered my expectation as optimistic August delivery dates came and went, September gone as well, and the last days (weekends) permitting some sort of touring in October will slowly disappear followed up by eye surgery which makes any bike a no-no for some weeks.

I've probably watched every video and review of it on youtube and grew even more sure in my decision. The rear tire guard is waiting, tank ring is waiting... Even had a 900km weekend tour planned for every sunny weekend just in case to get that break-in period and service cleared Monday.

Apparently to the best knowledge of my dealer which by now probably shudders when he sees my call or email it was produced mid-August and out of factory QC so without any issues in terms of parts missing due to shortages (TFTs, semi-conductors for headlights etc.)

Anyone else had similar experiences or approximate in terms of delivery? I assume they don't discriminate between EU countries i.e. Belgium getting priority orders over, example, Poland.

They haven't had any showroom examples since 2021 and the last one was black (I was gunning for blue in '21 but decided to wait '22 when the white was announced)

Valks, I placed my order at the end of June. I was told it would be the end of October or November before it arrived - in fact, it arrived last week, several weeks early.

Mine was also a whisker under 3 months order to delivery - but that was PP (pre-pandemic)
I think they (BMW) must have some kind of target and this is how it works out.

welp, I got some new info - apparently the relevant supply chain issues are with LED lights i.e. semiconductors
Bikes are otherwise done but are missing that part of the assembly, nearly all models are affected including RT, GS, XR... Dozens of bikes on order are stuck like this

Nothing but waiting for me and probably some others too unfortunately
