Wow! Such drama. What could have been going on at the Ducati U.S. HQ to generate that sort of legal action?

Love the dramatic comment " Armed officers", everyone in the US seems to be armed.

I bet those two employees that were at the HQ when the FBI raided it needed a change in underwear after that visit. Thirty agents with guns drawn seems a bit of overkill when looking for financial records. But, as a 1960's acquisition by VW, I would assume Audi is closer to VW that Lamborghini. BTW, NSU was acquired by VW at about the same time. According to a Wikipedia page, it's VW-AUDI-Lamborghini-Ducati.
