Ok, so during a basic MC safety class, a student popped up with a new term ............."Bar Bike".

Apparently, within some MC circles, you buy a lighter/smaller bike for "going to the bar". That way, you don't have to worry about dropping your good, big bike.....

as amusing as the other posted pictures are this does carry a modicum of concern about people planning/intending to 'lessen' their riding capabilities in said bar and then ride a bike they do not care about 'dropping'. the worrisome part is that being a euphemism for tying it around a pole or T-boning someone at an intersection after downing the motorcycle tank capacity in alcohol :/

As-is I've observed some rather sketchy tip-toeing, wheels locking up, and wheelie-attempts by 1000cc squid heroes after some liquid courage on the weekends

That guy on a red CBR in January people stare at because it's 0C and they're shivering in a car with heated seats - but he's filtering awaaaay!
