If so and they could post any pictures, that would be much appreciated. I have the Givi XS607 but it is a bit big and sticks out too far towards the rider so impedes riding too much...

have you tried moving the base plate?

I have the Kappa version of the XS607 and it is fine for me but I did have to move the base plate from the standard position. Just 4 screws.

That looks pretty good, if Wessie�s idea of moving rhe baseplate doesn�t work for me I�ll probably pick one of those up.

Surely if you move the base plate from its original position, you'll be left with holes in the bag from the original fixing position, which then loses its integrity.

I use the SW Motech Pro on mine, perfect and easy to get in the correct position.

it comes pre-drilled so you can use one of 4 positions - it's an integral element of the Tanklock design to make the bags suitable for multiple bikes

On one of our early SW Motech bags I did not like how I had mounted the plate and decided to move it.
I had to drill four new holes to do this. I figured the chances of water getting into the holes on the bottom of the bag were slim but I still sealed them with silicone.
