I keep trying to post hyperlinks in posts I am writing but the site will not let me and just gives me a gobldygook message that does not make sense as to when I will have permission.

So how long do I have to wait?

Tomorrow has come and gone and I still cannot post URLs.

When I click to post or preview I get a message saying

"New members have to wait 9999975 before posting external links.

Please remove the following links before saving the post: ....

Does not matter how I post the links the result is the same. I am beginning to feel like a Pariah!

I cannot say for sure, but I would guess a month.

I do not have access to the admin control panel that sets these limits to check. It may be outside the admin controls as the forum is hosted on a third party platform that sets many of the parameters.

I've been a member since March, have posted several times and still can't post URL's :(
