After a two year break we are off to Germany on the Thursday ferry.
Costs have risen, as expected.
Two bikes, buffet meals both ways, sharing a 4 berth cabin(extra £40 but worth it, the two berth are tiny)
All for the tidy sum of £507 return.
The Hull ferry is convenient for us and puts us where we need to be, fresh and early on Friday morning.
Still a sizable sum, I think when we first started going about 7 years ago it was about £400.

My recent trip was £386 (I think) on the Newcastle - Amsterdam route. That’s North Shields to Ijmuiden in reality.

Including brekky and dinner.

DFDS. Like many, deferred 2 years. I think it would be significantly more expensive if I booked a new trip now.

I've just paid £606 for 4 of us on 4 bikes, return, mid September, no meals. Not too much more than 2018, our last trip, but that was to Zeebrugge. Can't wait to get to the Vosges mountains!
