My next trip involves going from Spain to Portugal. The only form I can find for the passenger locator card required to enter Portugal uses drop down menus and lists cars and HGV's but not motorcycles. Has anyone made the trip; if so what form did they use and did it include for motorcycles? |

That is my experience. The Dutch were politely officious about my arrival by ferry at Rotterdam but I have faced zero checks since. The borders are open and business is as usual. Of coure if you do not complete relevant paperwork and then have an RTA or some other event brings you into contact with the police then you risk a fine.
