I worked for a multinational design company for a while and we used connected "Smart Boards" for virtual meetings between offices.

It worked well with those who bought into the concept and learned to use the boards properly, but the malignant few who refused brought everyone down to their level and you knew which meetings would go well and which would leave you frustrated before you even started.

This was six or so years ago, I sometimes wonder how those malignant ones have coped with lockdowns and enforced use of technology.
