Hi
Giving serious thought to going down the RS route.
Just a quick and hopefully simple question, are RS and R parts interchangeable.
eg crash bars, panniers etc..

Saddles and panniers - Yes. Crash bars I would expect so unless you are thinking 1200R to 1250RS when I am not so sure (Most of us fit head guards rather than crash bars)

Sounds like you have an 1200R and are thinking of moving to an 1250RS?

OK. So choice of 4 saddles heights 840, 820, 790 & 760mm. Most dealers will swap what is on the bike for what best suits you.

Unless you always ride with the same load I suggest you go for the electronic suspension. (In my case I swap between just me and a top box for a day out and "packhorse" with top box, panniers and a bag on the pillion seat when on a 2 week jaunt around mainland Europe).
