I just had the 24K servicing accomplished on my 2016 RS and I thought you might like to see what was performed and how much the labor and the parts cost. If the valve lash was found to need adjustment then an additional $58.50 labor charge would be added per engine side that needed adjustment. Fortunately, my bike did not require its valves adjusted, so the total cost to perform the 24K servicing dropped to $750, which included sales tax on the parts. Attached are copies of the itemized worked performed. What was not detailed in the invoice was the labor cost per hour and how many hours of labor were charged to perform the service. Labor was charged at a lump sum.

One other bit of information that I picked up was that the cost to perform a valve lash adjustment on the R1250 models, would be about double that charged for the R1200 models.

Maybe the lump sum labor charge is normal when you have a full service.
Other than a 600 mile check I've never had a full service on any of our bikes, so I don't know.

ps - I'm DIY now so my annual once over costs me oil and filter(s) and occasionally plugs.

Now that I know that the valve lash hasn't changed in 24K miles, I will likely perform all further maintenance myself. The only thing I wouldn't want to tackle is fork oil replacement, which is something that I did at 18K miles.

The labor rate seems reasonable in your receipt. I recently had an estimate from my dealer in manhattan NYC, and their labor rates are crazy @140/HR. I will share the estimate with you guys soon. I am in the process of negotiating with my insurance provider once everything finalized I will share a copy on this forum.
