Well, took me awhile but found this new forum which is good news. Enjoyed the prior forum and was disappointed when it abruptly disappeared, of course I was hopeful it would return but like many things in life hope is not a strategy. Quick summary, bought the new RS about a year ago and so far very much enjoying the ride, this is my fifth BMW and second RS (first was a 95'. great bike). Have also had Ducati's and Honda's but really appreciate the product BMW produces. While the RS is not perfect, it comes pretty darn close. Regarding other wheel interests, restoring old Porsches and Trials.
