Good to be back among friends. I was a member of the previous forum up until the moment it vanished, but clearly didn't try hard enough to keep up to date by locating this one earlier.
Only the dealer notification that my order of a R1250RS had been 'delayed/deferred' prompted me to search to see if others had received the same message from BMW and in a way it's reassuring that it has, with the bonus of finding this site.

Actually I am quite cheered because I really enjoy my 2016 R1200RS and I'll get to enjoy it some more through 2019.
On the old site I gave myself the username "Carabinieri" so I'm also enjoying a change of identity now as "Bladgerboy".
