Not really a bike mod but still quite pleased with the effect...metastatic cancer = partial paralysis right leg, now can't swing leg over bike. So utilising an old climbing tape, gooseneck the sling onto lower right leg and then lean upper body on handlebars; lift leg over tail of bike with right arm, tape wrapping to prevent accidental scuffs. Means now able to get a few more rides in before the train arrives. This afternoon, that was a coffee at the thoroughly recommended Union Road Moto Velo, Credition. |
