Ran across this pic of a rider at Deals Gap. Hope this worked out OK in the end. You don't often see people go off the inside of a corner.

The Lupin Blue bikes don't do this, therefore, it's not me.

I bet he used to own a GS

I reckon he's just stood still, taking in the scenery, waiting for his GS-riding buddy to catch up.

I rode with a group to the “Dragon” when I lived in Knoxville, TN. By the end of the ride I had called two ambulances and repaired two Sportsters. The photos of that road don’t always show what a difficult route it is. Shade and sun alternate, lots of wet spots, decreasing radius turns, and many blind corners and hilltops. Folks accustomed to riding on straight roads should take it easy the first time through...

It's not me. I don't have any clown-size red bow ties.

I’d never been on it before, despite having ridden the area a few times. It for sure is a challenging road and the pavement wasn’t good in many places. There were roads I enjoyed more in the area, but I wanted to do it, knowing on a Thursday morning in October the traffic would be light.
