The MV mount doesn't interfere, however if you mount an iPad on it... Just kidding, the MV mount with an RAM X-Grip and a Samsung Galaxy S7 in it, no problem with my Puig screen in any position or mounting. Think the OEM screen would be the same.

OK I was just wondering, as the Hornig GPS mount is a similar installed location as MV but the Hornig is known to interfere with either the screen adjustment or the clutch/brake mechanisms depending on exact configuration. I have been eying different solutions over time here, but wary of buying until someone has perfected the mounting location for the OEM Navigator VI device and the stock screen (no handlebar risers too).

I replaced the bracket on the left with the piece for the R1200R. It's part #32 72 8534367 and has a thread on the top that accepts the RAM ball mount B-349-1U perfectly. Then I added the cradle for my phone which puts it in a good position and doesn't interfere with anything else.
