Took the RS for the first proper tour weather and time allowed since pick-up in December. Short 2 day trip to explore continental Istria, and Cres, Lošinj and Krk islands.
Round trip of about 800km with some detours not counted.

Northern continental Istria Učka to Poreč non-highway has some amazing roads, but the D100 on Cres takes the cake and is comparable to D118 on Korčula island but even longer.
Basically fresh tarmac, long fast sweepers with amazing views and only a hand-full of intersections or populated areas - minimal traffic even now as the tourist season starts.
Honorable mention to the short stretch of D402 to Brestova ferry terminal.

I've seen more GS' than can fit on a dealers lot with XR's a solid bit behind. Met one Italian on a black/white+red frame 1200RS on Učka vista and an older German gentleman on Austin Yellow 1250RS on the ferry. I believe one more Brown RS went by the opposite way but the rate is some 50 GS for 1 RS without exaggeration.
