Just a quick "hello" from me. Having pottered around on various bikes over the years I wanted to get one ideally suited to pillion and or touring. Wanted a BMW R1200 but not in to adventure style GS or barn door RT so here we are . So impressed by the grunt and haven't actually dared open it up yet ; I'm not sure my old VFR 800 will get much use from now on. Planned my first proper trip which will be to the Assen MotoGP at the end of June and really looking forward to it. Who knows, I might bump in to some of you on my travels?
