We all like to have a good rant when we receive bad service from a shop, online outlet, or service provider but what about the people who provide a good service and deserve a mention?

I�ll start the ball rolling with the good folk at Harwood Performance Source Ltd (HPS). I bought an MRA Vario Touring Screen from them a few weeks ago, fitted it to the bike, and all was well till a suicidal pigeon flew into the path of my bike, bounced off the screen in a cloud of feathers and broke the bracket holding the deflector screen.

I phoned HPS, explained the situation and asked if they could supply a new bracket. They asked for my phone number and said they would phone back later that day. When they called back, they said they had the part needed and that it would be in the post the next day, I asked how much and was told there would be no charge!!!

I�m not connected to HPS in any way but felt they deserve a mention. Their contact details are:

For Givi parts: https://www.accessorimotostore.com/index...c0mp5dg4j07afp0 in Italy - Givi put the wrong part in a kit. One email and within 7 days they had the correct part shipped to me. I have placed several orders with them over the years. Much quicker than ordering from a UK dealer and waiting for the official supply network to creak into action. Was a lot cheaper before that thing killed the exchange rate.
